Typeface Poster Design

Typeface Design:
This project explores the process of creating a typeface from scratch using the shape of an arrow as the core visual inspiration. By manipulating and refining the form, I developed a type system where each character subtly incorporates the curves and directional qualities of an arrow while still preserving the recognisable structure and readability of the English alphabet.
The second image features a typography poster designed to capture the personality and visual language of the typeface. The composition highlights some of the most distinctive letterforms, while the bold yellow circle emphasises the flowing curves present throughout the design. Yellow triangular elements are used as recurring motifs to reinforce the arrow-inspired concept and create a strong visual identity for the typeface.
