Photography and Illustration

This project explores the relationship between photography and illustration as both individual and combined visual mediums. Using five selected emotions and themes as the foundation of the project, I captured photographs that visually represented the atmosphere and feeling of each concept.
Illustration was then layered onto the images to further enhance the mood, energy, and emotional tone of the photographs. The combination of the two mediums created a more expressive visual narrative, allowing the emotions behind each image to feel more immersive and dynamic.
The project experiments with storytelling through image-making while exploring how illustration can transform and deepen the meaning of photography.
